Opatija - Hotel Miramar

One of the best short trips we ever had - due to Hotel Miramar: *: Clean, cleaner, Hotel Miramar! There was not one single spec of dust or dirt to be found anywhere! *: Food: While not in the absolute highest region, it was still incredibly delicious - I gained 3 kilos within 2 days, a new record, even more so considered the low amount of money they charge. *: Pool and sea: clean, nice, huge pool, tons of recliners including towels and umbrellas for everyone, as many as you'd like to have! *: Room: Huge, modern, cosy, separate toilet (meaning not in the bathroom), perfect beds, and the "partial sea view" was a full 180 degree sea view! *: Service: extremely nice, friendly, always smiling, always there but never in your way, found the money I had forgotten in the room and called me within 20 minutes to inquire where to send it - couldn't be better!!!That's obviously five extremely well earned stars, anybody giving only 4 stars must think that a brand new Mercedes SL is a stinking piece of chunk - and nobody could help such a person to enjoy anything in life!
