Full English Breakfast in the Dalmatian Sun

We were a bit leary of the black pudding ingredient on the menu, having looked at - and left - black pudding at some B&Bs over the years in England. But Chris assured us that, if we liked sausages, we'd like "their" black pudding (no wonder, came straight from Scotland!). And it was delicious!! As was every little morsel!

We ordered one of each: eggs Benedict and the standard full breakfast - and then shared the taste. Both a wonderful way to start the day - and where else could you have one of the best things Britain has given the world in the Dalmatian sun???
